Christmas

December 26, 2008 at 11:44 am (Events, Food)

I have got some amazing “gifts” for Christmas on the eve.
1stly, one from my beloved lecturer Miss Irene Wong(she’s addressed as “Miss” even though she’s married). Telling me my results through the phone was like a so-called “knee-jerk reaction” to enhance my awareness on that day (If you really want to know, I have downgraded in my accounting and maintained the pariah grade in economics- disappointment). I was out the whole day and the only thing that satisfies me throughout the day was food; I had a Portuguese egg tart, one mini bun, one Korean cream-cheese bread, 1 korean ice-cream, almost 7 pieces of Korean pork thingy, 3 pieces of kimchi gyo-za, 5 pieces of Korean sushi, 1 large fries from Wendy’s, 1 apple aloe vera juice, 1 soya bean drink and 1 ribena. After returning  home, I filled my stomach with fish which was actually my dinner. Then I went out and continued filling the unlimited-space barrel with a glass of apple lemonade with the spider-fucker, Choon Yon and Kean Peng at  StationOne (the musicians should be sacked coz’ they made the environment becomes typically China), followed by a celebration at Gerald’s with food and the usual interesting chat.

2ndly, the wonderful gifts were the wishes from all of you. Thanks for the wishes! Have a merry christmas and a happy new year to all of you as well!

3rdly, thanks for the extreme Christmas gift.

 Christmas Day
Had 2 pieces of friend chicken, yu-yu ice and “tom yam” pan mee at Bukit Tinggi for lunch with family.
Dinner was interesting too – had Korean at home. Went over to Ashton’s at night to celebrate Christmas. Again, filled my stomach with food – roasted turkey, fried chicken, wine, fish, chocolate cake.. too many to list down. We played “Texas Hold’em”; not with cash but Tiger.
Lots of makan-ing this Christmas – gaining weight.
Live to Eat. Merry Christmas.

Charity Dinner at D’Tavern

December 22, 2008 at 10:05 am (Events, Food, Religion)

This is a charity dinner to celebrate Christmas for the less fortunate children.
I heard incidents that happened to some of them. One of them was abused by the father; living in a chicken coop for more than 10 years. Another was stripped and physically abused.

Roasted turkey – delicious.

Some sort of cake with lots and lots of nuts.

Will there be festivals without religion? What will the less fortunate children have without religion?
Religion brings Faith. Religion brings Hope.

And Hope makes a difference. Merry Christmas.
